Our favourite local cafe, what more can I say - the food, drinks and staff are excellent. We look forward to visiting whenever we have the chance. Can't leave without taking home a box full of baked goods from the cabinet either! Thank you all.

Decided to try this place on a whim for brunch and received very good service the whole time I was there. The courtyard seating area is stunning and the whole place is very cosy. Menu is simple and has good options. The sandwich and toastie were okay but the cinnamon scroll was quite dry.

Great little local secret, the meals simple but full of great flavours, great coffee, picture doesn’t do them justice, the service was helpful, we were moved to a table out back when it became available which was fantastic even the doggy treats were a hit. The card games on the tables were another good touch. Popular as it was very busy thank you

Tyler’s Milkbar is such a cosy spot — always warm, welcoming, and relaxed. Staff are always in good humour. The coffee is consistently great, the food is fresh and tasty, and it’s the kind of place you instantly feel at home in. Baked goods to die for. It always feel like a jolly good time at Tyler’s- especially on a sunny day and to be perched under their umbrellas out the back. A neighbourhood favourite I just love coming back to!

What an absolute treasure! That place does everything perfect. From the moment you walk in. The door opens automatically, perfect for people with prams, in wheel chairs or walking stick. Every staff member is super friendly. The food absolutely divine. Highly recommended!!

Update, again, 24 May 2025. Today's board recommendations didn't disappoint. The beef was tender and the hot chocolate....so rich and chocolatey. Thank you again team. -------- Update 7 May 2025. Still the best choc-malt milkshake ever. As for the spicy baked beans, you must try them before they disappear. A consistent 5-star cafe. Thanks again. -------- Original post: Super-friendly staff and fresh/tasty food. Their home-made Monte Carlo biscuits (and choc-chips), are great. I no longer live in the area, but they are definitely worth the travel to buy more. Having grown up in the area decades ago, I remember how much life and buzz the shopping strip had. To see how the shopping area now looks is sad. However, if the QUALITY of Tyler's millkbar and the number of its patrons are anything to go by, there's hope that the rest of the strip to follow suit. Thank you, Sam and co. Will be back. :)

Absolutely divine. Warm friendly staff and delicious food. I purchased a few of the home made jams in store, and they were super tasty. I loved the games provided on the table which made for great conversation.

Such a cute spot! We just moved to the area and happened to stumble across it, and we’re so glad we did. It’s a lovely family run business with the friendliest, most welcoming vibe. The food was amazing, and the special stovetop hot chocolate was a standout
